While their damage output is incredibly strong and they're able to evade serious damage throughout the normal campaign and even much of the endgame, they don't fare well in the Level 90-100 portion of the game. Sorcerers are in an interesting position. Our Diablo 4 review was performed primarily on a Druid, who also has extremely potent end-game builds, while Necromancer has fallen to the bottom of the tier list due to nerfs to their summons. Some Rogue builds have also proven to be potent enough to solo world bosses, though the class' high difficulty means that there's not much room for error. There are Whirlwind build videos showcasing Barbarians one-hit killing The Butcher and other major bosses, though notably, Whirlwind has gotten some quick nerfs and Barbarian has fallen down to A tier from S as a result.
Barbarian was considered among the weakest in the game's initial beta tests, but in the full version of Diablo 4, they became very viable in endgame.
